    Maintenance completed: Trouble Ticket System OTRS

    The maintenance work on the trouble ticket system OTRS of the GWDG has been completed. Except for the Shibboleth authentication and the support portlet, which are expected to work again in the course of tomorrow, the system is fully available again.

    On 02.11.2017 between 5:00 p.m. and approx. 7:00 p.m. the GWDG trouble ticket system OTRS will be under maintenance. While it still will be possible to send requests as usual to our service hotline at support@gwdg.de, no automatic responses or ticket processing will take place, so some delays may be expected.
